FAQ
Straight answers
I'm out of shape. Is this for me?
Yes. That's exactly who it's for. Every workout has a scaling option, and the tiny habit works no matter where you're starting from. The start line is wherever you are today.
Do I need a gym or equipment?
No. The 7-day challenge is bodyweight only: a bit of floor space, maybe a chair or a backpack. Later, workouts can match whatever gear you have.
What does “Charlie Mike” mean?
It's Army radio shorthand for “Continue Mission.” Bad day, missed workout, life got loud? You don't start over from zero. You Charlie Mike.
What does it cost?
The 7-day challenge is free. After that you can keep the daily email going with a low-cost membership (we'll tell you the price up front, no surprise charges) or just walk away. No card is needed to start.
How do check-ins and streaks work?
Every email has a check-in button. Or just reply “CM.” Each check-in adds a day to your streak. Simple as that.
Will you spam me or sell my email?
No. You get one email a day that you asked for. We never sell or share your address. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom.
Is this medical advice?
No. It's general fitness content. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an injury or a health condition, and stop if something hurts.
Day 1 starts when you do
You don't need a perfect plan. You need a starting point.
Seven days. Twenty minutes a day. One tiny habit. Then decide if you want to keep going.
