Short version: you give us your email so we can send you the challenge and the daily email. That's it. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

What we collect

Your email address, plus any optional details you choose to give us later (for example, what equipment you have).
Check-ins: when you click the check-in button or reply “CM,” so we can track your streak.
Basic email stats our email provider records by default, such as whether an email was delivered, opened, or a link was clicked.
If you become a paid member, payment is handled by our payment processor. We don't see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To send the free 7-day challenge and the daily email you signed up for.
To track check-ins and streaks and tailor workouts if you ask us to.
To reply when you email us.

Opt-in only

We only email people who signed up themselves. We may send a confirmation email first to make sure it was really you.

Unsubscribing

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're out. We process every request promptly, always within 10 business days. You can also email us and ask.

Who processes your data

We use a third-party email service, [REPLACE_WITH_EMAIL_PROVIDER], to store the list and send emails, and [REPLACE_WITH_PAYMENT_PROCESSOR, e.g., Stripe] for paid memberships. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
